Experience the power of ancient Sounds and Silent Stillness.
Let’s experience Mantra – a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation – and then sit together in silent stillness to experience the powerful effect of the wonderful vibrations.
As we arrive into the room, we take a little time to get to settle into our bodies and to find a comfortable sitting position, perhaps using props to allow the body to experience support and true stillness. A wonderful opportunity to delve a little deeper in some aspects of Meditation, carving this time out our Sunday schedule to begin another week totally refreshed and energized.
