PAST EVENT – Poetry for Healing: Writing for Wellbeing Workshop
SATURDAY 12th of May 2018 1 pm to 4 pm
Write your way to a more positive outlook on life!
Poetry has a way of touching our heart and emotions, and can provide a pathway to healing. We will do enjoyable activities inspired by beautiful poems, which encourage us to be more self-aware and practice kindness towards ourselves. You don’t need to be a poet to come to this workshop! In Writing for Wellbeing, whatever you write is the right thing for you – so you can choose either to write in prose or have a go at writing poems. Do what is best for you.
All writing levels welcome, no previous writing experience is needed – only a willingness to explore your own creative potential in a nurturing and non-judgemental environment.
