Hatha Yoga Retreat in Spain

Hatha Yoga and Yoga flow, traditional Pranayama, Meditation and yoga philosophy.

From 21st to 28th of September 2024 – Finca El Moro, Andalucia

A wonderful opportunity to explore and experience the gifts of Yoga in the stunning surroundings of rural Spain.

This retreat includes Hatha Yoga traditions passed down, practiced and shared over the years. We will begin our days with an early morning meditation, followed by a unique blend of pranayama and Krya.

Late morning Asana (yoga postures) practice, including alignment based postures and fluid free movements, to energise, restore and rebalance.

The afternoon practice begins with a catch up and time ask questions of all that arises, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Followed by afternoon asana (yoga postures practice) and somatic movement.

Andrew and Francesca have been teaching yoga for over 20 years (each) and have been leading retreats all over the world for the past 15 years.

The retreat:

Finca El Moro offers more than 30 years of invaluable experience hosting retreats and group holidays.

Accommodation for up to 14 people in our three beautiful converted stone cottages.

Delicious meals served on the main terrace using our organic fresh farm produce.

Exclusive use of our facilities, three swimming pools, massage studio and Shala.

Use of Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and straps. The Yoga Shala is a spectacular circular space with wooden floors.
