Would you like to rediscover the joy of living?
Biodanza is a well-established system of personal development. Popular in Latin America and Europe, it uses music and movement as a way to develop healthy and balanced relationship with ourselves and others. A powerful tool to reduce stress, improve self-esteem, self-confidence and wellbeing. There are no steps to learn and everybody is welcome!

Using music, movement and the group dynamic, Biodanza is a joyous burst of expressive freedom and creative energy. This is a dance experience that’s open to ALL without any steps – it’s perfect for anyone of any age and of any ability. So come along and dance the dance of life!

There’s no mystique to Biodanza: it makes perfect sense. Music, movement and self-expression generate positive energy – and they’re great fun! In our workshops, we move freely, express our feelings and make connections with others through movements and exercises.

This isn’t a dance class as such: there are no steps to be learned and no-one expects any particular level of fitness. This is about you and everyone receives a warm welcome. Like mindfulness, Biodanza is designed to help us ‘live in the moment’ and rid ourselves of the ‘noise’ that surrounds us, preventing us from knowing who we truly are and understanding our potential.
