Kundalini Yoga is sometimes referred to as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’. It creates space for you to explore your inner world and connect more deeply to your Self.
Sessions are varied, rejuvenating, uplifting and fun! A different soundtrack each week helps to make the practice even more enjoyable, and supports you in going deeper into meditation as you move through your practice.
Much of the focus is on the energetic body and on working with the chakras. It can also be physically demanding, but the practice really can meet you where you are – so it is great for advanced yogis and absolute beginners alike.
