Sun Salutations event for Charity

Thanks to all who joined us on Sunday 29th of June for our first Charity event! We practiced 108 Sun Salutations – an auspicious number in Yogic tradition and we raised £330 to help young people dealing with cancer. It was a fantastic fully attended event and everybody enjoyed the wonderful sense of achievement!

Pure Yoga is delighted to invite you all to a Sun Salutation event in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust and Christie Children’s Hospital.

This event is opened to all, regardless of yoga experience or practice. Andrew and Francesca will lead this refreshing mildly dynamic practice ending with a lovely long relaxation. Sun Salutation is suitable for everybody and it stretches and tones the whole body, energizing and calming the mind as well.

All money will be donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust operating from Christie Hospital – check their website

Donation £ 10 – 15 or as much as you can afford to spare…
