Saturday 19th March 2016 – from 4 pm to 6pm
Would you like to start your spring off on the right foot?
This workshop will inspire and motivate you to use reflexology in a way which you may have never experienced it before. You will learn how reflexology can be your companion when you feel like you could do with some help – perhaps with rebalancing the digestive system or calming a busy mind.
Emma will give you an insight into reflexology; how it works, its benefits as well as the opportunity to learn self-care techniques to take home with you. These unique techniques can be used in the comfort of your own home, at work or even on the train! Having these tools can be very helpful for rebalancing and reconnecting the mind and body.
You will also have an opportunity to participate in a short meditation that will simultaneously incorporate reflexology techniques.
So if you are intrigued to learn some wonderful reflexology techniques this coming spring then why not take that step and join Emma by learning some fascinating reflexology approaches to help give both the mind and body an opportunity to spring clean!

Good Point Reflexology is run by professional Clinical and Holistic Reflexologist, Emma Hopkins CRM5, PRM, MAR, BA (Hons), PGCE.
Emma trained at Contemporary Reflexology College with Allison Walker, qualifying with a Centralia Mastership in Reflexology (incorporating Agored Cymru units at Level 5). This is currently the highest qualification available for reflexologists training in the UK. The course offered a wealth of valuable training in reflexology, including: Foot, Hand, Auricular, Synergistic, Meridian, Enhancing Fertility, Maternity Care and
Adapting Reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care.
Emma also incorporates Inner Intent Reflexology (IIR) into her practice. This technique allows clients to be fully involved in their reflexology session and therefore encouraging the mind and body to work as one. Being able to use her intuition and adapting her practice to the individual has proven to be very effective throughout both her training and new practice too. Clients have commented on her kind, caring, intuitive and professional approach being truly reflected within her practice. Emma is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Professional Reflexology. You can also find Emma as a registered practitioner on the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
