Why you should practice DRU Yoga.

Dru yoga is based upon flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualisation. Dru yoga is both a graceful form of exercise and a potent means of stress relief.
It has its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru yoga is a style that has been passed down through the generations. It works on the body and the mind, strengthening core stability and building a heightened feeling of positivity and empowerment.
A typical class may include:
1: Activation of the body system
2: Energy Block Release Sequences (these sequences can help dissolve physical, energetic, emotional and mental blockages)
3: Flowing postures and movement sequences.
4: Pranayama
5: Relaxation
6: Meditation
I call this class Yoga for those with a willing Spirit as that is all you need! It’s suitable for all levels of fitness and ability even those with joint and muscle pain.
Classes on Tuesday 10am and 6pm; Thursday 10am
