Glastonbury, King Arthur’s ancient isle of Avalon, has been a centre of pilgrimage for a wide range of people of different faiths and spirituality since ancient times.
Glastonbury Tor rises dramatically from the mystical landscape of the Somerset levels. Nestled just beneath the Tor, and within easy walking distance from the town, is Shekinashram , the special location for Andrew’s weekend retreat. The retreat offers the perfect opportunity to wind down, relax and practice yoga in a very spiritual surrounding. The Ashram offers Bhakti yoga sessions which are optional, but wonderfully inspiring and very traditional in the Vedic traditions of India. Price £295 for a twin/double room sharing and includes all meals, all activities and the use of a real sauna.
