Couldn’t we all use a bit more mindfulness? It’s all about focusing on whatever on you are doing – whether it’s what’s in front of you right now, or something imaginative, or ways to centre and calm your mind. Join us for some lovely writing activities which can help you find that mindful focus in a creative way! All this in the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of Pure Yoga Cheshire.
No previous writing experience needed, all writing levels welcome. You never have to read aloud anything you have written. Just come and give it a go and enjoy this beautiful venue with like-minded and friendly people. (Please note that the programme for this workshop is different to the one in my previous Mindfulness and Calm workshop.)
You will have the choice of sitting on the floor of the studio or sitting on chairs. Blankets and bolsters will be available for the comfort of those who like to sit on the floor, but if you’d like to bring any blankets or cushions of your own, please do. Clipboards will be provided for a writing surface.
