DESCRIPTION:Hatha Yoga and Yoga flow\, traditional Pranayama\, Meditation and yoga philosophy.\nFrom 21st to 28th of September 2024 – Finca El Moro\, Andalucia\nA wonderful opportunity to explore and experience the gifts of Yoga in the stunning surroundings of rural Spain. \nThis retreat includes Hatha Yoga traditions passed down\, practiced and shared over the years. We will begin our days with an early morning meditation\, followed by a unique blend of pranayama and Krya. \nLate morning Asana (yoga postures) practice\, including alignment based postures and fluid free movements\, to energise\, restore and rebalance. \nThe afternoon practice begins with a catch up and time ask questions of all that arises\, physically\, mentally\, emotionally and spiritually. Followed by afternoon asana (yoga postures practice) and somatic movement. \nAndrew and Francesca have been teaching yoga for over 20 years (each) and have been leading retreats all over the world for the past 15 years. \nThe retreat: \nFinca El Moro offers more than 30 years of invaluable experience hosting retreats and group holidays. \n \nAccommodation for up to 14 people in our three beautiful converted stone cottages. \nDelicious meals served on the main terrace using our organic fresh farm produce. \nExclusive use of our facilities\, three swimming pools\, massage studio and Shala. \nUse of Yoga mats\, blocks\, bolsters and straps. The Yoga Shala is a spectacular circular space with wooden floors. \nHow to get there: Seville is the nearest airport. The Retreat organises a transfer on the day of arrival.
