Deliciously home made vegetarian food is offered and the spacious yoga room is perfect to enjoy a rejuvenating practice.\n\nAn example of the schedule:\nFriday – arrival between 2 and 4 pm\n6.30 pm Light Supper\n8.30 pm Relaxed intro gathering and gentle evening yoga\n\nSaturday\n6.30 am Meditation and Pranayama\n8 am Breakfast\n10.30 am Asana Yoga practice – including Hatha Yoga and dynamic flow1 pm Lunch\n4.30pm Afternoon yoga with Pranayama\n7 pm Dinner\n\nSunday\n6.30 am Meditation and Pranayama\n8 am Breakfast\n10.30 am Yoga practice\n1 pm LunchDeparture from 2 pm \n\n\nNumbers are limited to a maximum of 6 participants. There are 2 ensuite rooms\, and 2 full bathrooms to share with 2 rooms.\nThis will be a time to press the reset button and take time away from our busy lives.
