DESCRIPTION:*YOGA DAY RETREAT with Andrew and Francesca * \nIn the beautiful surroundings of Shrigley Hall\, we welcome you to join us in a delightful practice of Yoga as it is. \n9.30 am to 12.30 pm – Morning practice: we will begin with some sitting and pranayama\, moving onto some Asana. We recommend you have a light breakfast at least one and half hour before the event. \n12.30 to 3 pm – lunch break – enjoy a lovely treat with lunch at the Hotel\, and if weather allows go for a gentle walk in the afternoon. \n3 to 5 pm – Afternoon practice with Andrew’s exploration of the roots of Yoga and Francesca’s Yin yoga practice to integrate the practices and to gently move on to the rest of our day. \nThis is an event open to all.\nPlease bring your yoga mat (if you have one) a cushion and a blanket. \n£65 for the yoga day (lunch not included) The hotel has a lovely restaurant and there is the option to take our lunch there. \nPlease pay cash to us or via bank transfer: Pure Yoga Cheshire – Sort Code 089299 Account number 69775596.
