Connect to the source & the Elements within. \nEnjoy a nourishing and nurturing deep relaxation followed by a heart meditation to connect on a deeper collective level. \nJournaling and Reflections on being a woman\, our cycles and seasons within. Exploring our inner powers in each cycle we are in\, noticing and accepting the natural highs and lows. A safe space to go deeper within and honour the feminine. \nWe will close our session with Healing Herb Tea Sitting & Sharing Circle. The Women’s Wellbeing handmade blend help ease physical and emotional symptoms that arise from pre-menstruation\, perimenopause\, and menopause.
