DESCRIPTION:Friday 2nd of November 2018 from 7 to 9.30 pm. \nWe are absolutely thrilled to have Ravi Ji with us in Macclesfield during his visit to the North.\nA regular performer at Chalice Well in Glastonbury\, Ravi will delight us with soulful songs delivered by a master of his craft. Featuring kora (a west African mandinka harp)\, guitar and Ravi’s rich vocals. Ravi will be accompanied by Damien Mahoney on tablas. \nHEART SONGS AND SACRED CHANTS\nwith RAVI\ndevotional singing with songs & chants from around the world plus sound journey \nthe evening consists of an hour of singing followed by a sound journey (including gong bath) \nand ends with more singing \n“Ravi is a rare talent – a musical shaman who knows no fear. DESCRIPTION:Kundalini Yoga with Jenni – Sunday 11th of November 2018 from 1 to 4 pm\nKriyas\, Dynamic Breathwork\, Meditation and Shamanic Drumming.\nAs the seasons change\, we must also acknowledge the shift into our transition period where we can prepare for the next cycle and phase. Slipping into a more introspective time\, we can look at where we are being held back\, mostly by ourselves\, and use the technology of Kundalini Yoga to seed and embody intentions for healing. \n \nIn this workshop “Kundalini Yoga for Transition”\, we will use Kundalini yogic technology called Kriya’s to move through stagnation and tension in the body. Powerful breathwork will be used to elevate and meditation to seal the journey.
