SUMMARY:A Taste of Tantra: A Journey of Connection.
DESCRIPTION:9th July 2016 at Pure Yoga Cheshire\, 29 Charlotte Street\, Macclesfield\, SK11 6JB9.30am till 4.30pm\n£60 per person (we suggest to bring a light packed lunch) \nInspirational Keys for mindful love\, intimacy and connection. In Tantra\, each exhale is a death\, a releasing of old thoughts\, negative emotions and each inhale brings us life. Breathing deeply in is rebirth; breathing out fully is death. Tantra breathwork helps us become aware of our senses\, what we are feeling\, and the movement of our body and breath. Our bodies are a channel for the flow of life energy within us. Becoming sensitive to that flow inside ourselves and in others is the beginning of the Tantra Journey. \nThrough guided breathwork techniques you can open up your chakras\, which can unblock years of stale emotional energy that may have caused you to keep repeating damaging patterns.. Once you are able to move this energy out\, to free this energy up\, you can then begin to experience more of the ecstasy that is your natural state. Ecstatic breathing and the energy of bliss is truly our natural way of being. \nMovement and Awareness techniques are used to allow you to experience what it is like to connect fully to your physical body and its energy and to connect on a deeper level with others. \nJoin us as we immerse and weave with the universal web of life and bring awareness of the presence of love in all that we are. \n~ Tantric breathing and meditation techniques\n~ Opening your body to the natural flow of energy\n~ Awakening to your true self and your potential for ecstasy\n~ Developing a deeper sense of intimacy\n~ Breathing techniques for deepening flow of your sexual energy\n~ Expanding your Senses \nwww.karenomoore.com \nTake the first step of a new journey & contact Karen on 078 0450 4746 or info@karenomoore.com\nPlease note: Registration and a deposit are required to reserve your space \nPlease note: There is no nudity or massage in these workshops.
