SUMMARY:Satya (Truth) will set you Free!
DESCRIPTION:A Yoga ‘Play‛shop with Alison Faith Saturday 9th April 2016\, 1300-1600 Pure Yoga Cheshire\, Macclesfield\nJoin Alison for a creative\, uplifing and playful practice exploring the Yoga principle (Yama) of Truth. We will take time to gently\, lovingly recognise and release the masks and roles we use in our everyday lives so that we can reconnect with and express our authentic\, glorious…. and messy selves! \nThe practice will include: Opening Satsang Intention setting (sankalpa) and meditation Pranayama A fluid\, active and creative vinyasa (Yang) practice Stillness and deep stretches(Yin) Guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) \nPrice £25 \n About Alison:\n \nHaving dedicated the first part of my life to people pleasing\, status and materialism in the vain quest for external validation I succeeded in creating a persona\, a mask so far from my true self that it literally wore me down\, wore me out. Luckily with a little help from my friends\, teachers and the magic of Yoga I am being blessed with the truth. Little by slowly\, I am enjoying the long road home. Sometimes painful\, sometimes joyful always perfectly fitting what I need… even (especially?) when it‛s not what I want ;-) My Yoga practice and teaching is a part of this journey. Physically\, I enjoy a blend of active\, creative\, fluid vinyasa style of Asana (with a prana flow influence) balanced with still\, deep stretches. However\, the postures\, the movement\, the breath is simply a tool to help us unlock and unblock where we are stuck. Revealing to each of us\, when we are ready\, not a moment sooner or a moment later who and how we really are in this World. Empowering us to be free! \nTo book contact info@pureyogacheshire.co.uk or/and phone 07909 144 414  \nFor more information about Alison see www.fusionyoga.ie / Facebook: Alison Faith Yoga

SUMMARY:Practising yoga on the sea shore is a good method
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters\, as opposed to using ‘Content here\, content here’\, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text\, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years\, sometimes by accident\, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like). At vero eos et accusamus et iusto odio dignissimos ducimus qui blanditiis praesentium voluptatum deleniti atque corrupti quos dolores et quas molestias provident destiny is about voles.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters\, as opposed to using ‘Content here\, content here’\, making it look like readable English.
