DESCRIPTION:Our lovely friend and ispired Yogini Alison Faith will be back from the 10th to 22nd of July to share her insight at Pure Yoga – join her in this brand new workshop (or like she likes to call it “playshop”) where the water element will be explored. Alison is a deeply committed Yogini who will be travelling from Ireland this summer to teach in different locations around Europe… \nYoga Playshop\n‘Going with the Flow’ on Sunday 13th of July from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm\nInspired from a second scrumptious dose of Fluid Power training with Simon Park\, this time in Utrecht\, Netherlands I am looking forward to sharing with you this creative\, flowing\, liquid style of practice.\nThe emphasis is upon self expression\, building from solid foundations of safe technique and inner listening we will develop a sequence of movement (asana) together and then start to add a layer of individual interpretation\, softening the boundaries between poses\, following the fluid internal rhythms of our intuitive bodies. \n \n  \nThe ‘playshop’ will include\n• Grounding\, centring meditation\n• Pranayama\n• Development of a sequence of movement\n• Creative self expression\n• Guided relaxation \nPrice £20 \nPlease bring your body\, an open mind and a sense of humour. Please leave your inhibitions at home!\nThis practice will be relatively active.
