DESCRIPTION:Mandrem\, North Goa – 10th to 20th January 2027\nJoin Andrew for an immersion in all the principle of Yoga tradition in the very birthplace of Yoga! \nEnjoy magical sunrises and sunsets by the Indian Ocean in North Goa\, a quiet and luxurious setting amongst a delightful garden. The beautiful\, clean and spacious Mandrem beach is only a few steps away. \nGift yourself to 3 yoga sessions a day including Meditation\, Pranayama and Asana. Plenty of time to explore the nearby markets\, visit local towns and simply enjoy lying down by the beautiful sandy beach of Mandrem. The retreat also has a swimming pool. Delicious vegetarian food offered in the delightful beach restaurant. \nThe retreat includes: accommodation\, breakfast and evening meal\, 3 yoga classes a day. \nCost for 10 nights per person in shared accommodation: £1650. There is a single room option depending on availability at additional cost. Please inquire for availability. \nHow to get there: If possible\, we suggest you arrive a couple of days (or longer) before the retreat to acclimatize yourself to the country and the climate. A good option that has worked well for us in the past\, is to fly to Mumbai where you can spend a night\, and fly to Goa the following day. There are several direct flights from Heathrow to Mumbai and it’s very easy then to book a domestic flight to Goa. We can give you ideas of hotels and places to stay both in Mumbai and Goa.
