An awakening and enlivening morning practice to prepare you for the weekend ahead. This class will create space in the body and mind as we move through a balanced practice of meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and asana (posture).
You will be guided through a series of alignment-based flows creating heat in the body and focus in the mind before studying individual postures in more detail to provide time for students to progress and work in asanas, rather than just passing through.
This class is suitable for all despite its dynamic nature as modifications and prop usage will be offered throughout. Accessible yoga philosophy will be woven into the class to give you a rounded and situated yogic experience.
