Join us for a fresh, uplifting and fun practice. We will practice Sun Salutations, sitting and partner yoga postures in a playful sharing of standing and strengthening work. The best way to practice partner yoga is with someone of similar height. The practice includes some calm sitting, some flow and some strong standing asana, and depending on your own ability we might introduce some inversions and arm balances. Finishing with a deep relaxation. Come in with an open mind, be prepared to smile, and share the delight!
N.B.- you don’t need to bring a partner, but if you have one handy, just bring them along! Gooseberries also very welcome!!
