What is Vision?
Vision is what comes before the intention. It is a grasp of the direction of your creativity, your passions and dreams wants to take you.
We need to
1. Have a Vision
2. Set the Intention
3. Have the creativity, using our “Shakti” to put actions into motion
However, if we still have the need to control and manipulate from the Ego then it can feel like one long slog to get the ball rolling. You have to become comfortable with holding the space for all possibilities to arise.
Your vision may not always make sense, but it will always feel right. The moment you trust your consciousness, your intuition will become extremely handy and you will not look back. Boundless opportunities will come to you, as you act like a magnet. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, we can tap into our creativity and start to dream. The energy that Kundalini Yoga can give you, will help you move forward.
What is Kundalini Yoga? Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is potent and powerful and will shake you up – in a good way. It gets you physically and mentally fit – and fast.
The energy of Kundalini is powerful and awakens your Soul. We start to stir this energy up by physical practice, mantra, breath control and meditation. When we start to wake up to our Authentic Self, we live by our dreams and visions, we start to create the life we have always wanted. We loosen up the hold of the mind and find a deep sense of stillness inside which we call “Sat Nam”.
The eyes are closed through the practice to encourage you to develop internally.
