Lay or sit down, close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash away the stresses of the day, as you are filled with the beautiful vibrations of pure sound and vocal chanting.
You will experience a number of specially chosen instruments as you take a journey with us into sound we including Medicine Drum, Gong, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Rattles and flutes.

About Helen and William:
William Lee ( Sound Healer )
Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies, using voice and specially chosen instruments, with the intent of bringing body mind and spirit into a state of balance and harmony. The use of vibrational sound helps to reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health.
William studied Sound Healing at Atlantis College in Somerset. He is an associate member of the Complementary Medical Association.
Having practiced Martial Arts in his youth William developed an interest in the Eastern traditions and has studied and practiced meditation for many years. Drawn to healing, William became a Reiki practitioner in 2004 and is the holder of a Reiki Masters Degree. In addition to Sound Healing William also offers Reiki treatments.

Helen has studied Ayurveda and Yoga and has been practising in the northwest for the last 8 years. Mantra has been a big part of her training having spent time with Rajesh David a classical Indian singer and studied with Yoga point ashram in Nashik India. Helen practises Reiki after studying to Master level in 2003 and studied sound in Glastonbury using vocal exploration and mantra as a method to ease tension within the mind and body.
