    An Introductory Workshop to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

    Sunday 26th of November from 1 to 4 pm

    Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is potent and powerful and will shake you up – in a good way. It gets you physically and mentally fit – and fast.

    The energy of Kundalini is powerful and awakens your Soul. We start to stir this energy up by physical practice, mantra, breath control and meditation. When we start to wake up to our Authentic Self, we live by our dreams and visions, we start to create the life we have always wanted. We loosen up the hold of the mind and find a deep sense of stillness inside which we call “Sat Nam”.

    The Workshop is designed for you to have your own experience of “Sat Nam”. Developing yourself from the inside out, so what we project into the world is only a True, Natural version of ourselves. The eyes are closed through the practice to encourage you to develop internally.

    This workshop will Include:
    Philosophy on the Origins of Kundalini Yoga
    Physcial Excercise Set (Kriya)
    Meditation to help you bust through blocks, fears and negativity
    An uplifting mantra meditation
    Raw chocolate!

    Suitable for complete beginners to Yoga. No previous experience necessary.
