In this class we move slowly and mindfully through a series of breath coordinated postures to balance and rejuvenate the body and mind.
“Flow” refers to the fact that the breath links the postures to form a continuous flow of movement. The slower pace enables students to explore and refine the postures, ensuring correct alignment, whilst tuning into their breath.
Movement is balanced with seated meditation and pranayama (breath control) to relax and bring a sense of peace.
This class is suitable for all. You will be offered different options and encouraged to work to a level that feels right for you.
