Join us on Monday from 7.45 to 9 pm where we guide you through this gently paced yoga flow, suitable for all levels. Strong focus on alignment, gentle guidance into postures encouraging students to listen to their body and work to their own ability. Building strength and flexibility. With awareness of the connection between movements of the body and the breath, we will guide you through the class at your own pace with variations to meet your ability.

Enjoy some of the more dynamic movements of yoga, such as sun salutations, at a slow and gentle pace. Including restorative postures, pranayama and a relaxation to finish, it’s a lovely way to relax the body and mind at the end of your day.
