A fluid yoga class perfect for those wishing to deepen their practice and improve and build upon the foundation set in our beginners’ classes.  This class will incorporate nuggets of yoga philosophy with an energising yet mindful practice with the intention of leaving you feeling stretched, strengthened and relaxed.  The class will introduce you to more challenging asana, flowing between poses and transitions, which will help to improve balance in the body, mind, and breath.

As with all our classes, you don’t need to book – just turn up a few minutes before the start and pay at the door: £9 (cash only) drop in, £69 for 10 class pass, £60 or £149 unlimited class pass (cash or cheque).
