This class is suitable for every person – regardless of age, shape or fitness level – who would like to start the practice of Yoga. Increased vitality, improved sleeping pattern and a calmer and focused mind are only some of the benefits of Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing).
We will practice with a deep awareness of our body, mind and breath, reaching deeper levels of relaxation and well being. This class is also suitable for those who have practice some yoga and would like to refresh their basic knowledge of some of the key principles.
No need to book, just arrive few minutes before class to fill a registration form on your first visit to the studio. You can pay the single class rate of £9 for your first class/es – in the long term it makes sense to buy a class pass that allows you the flexibility to join any class you like on our timetable.
